What is the best way to store my cookies?
- At Room temperature in an air-tight container.
How long will my cookies last?
- Up to 5 days, but most yummy eaten as soon as possible and within 3 days of being baked.
Can I freeze my cookies?
- Yes, the cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months, stored in an air-tight bag or container.
- Ps Just remove from the freezer and leave out at room temperature the night before to enjoy your cookies in a time of need or just whenever you want a cookie in your life.
Do you deliver?
- Yes, for our Postal Boxes, we deliver across the UK, orders are posted each Thursday, using Royal Mail 24hr Tracked.
Costing £4.99 - For all our other products, we only deliver on the Isle of Wight, please fill out the form when you check out, so we can arrange a local delivery or collection.

Can I order anywhere in the UK?
- Yes, Postal Boxes are available for UK orders, will be sent out the first Thursday of each month, using Royal Mail 24hr Delivery.
How do I place an order?
- Our products can be ordered through our website, we offer two monthly postage boxes, a new postal box will be available on the 1st Sunday of each month, orders must be placed by Wednesday, all boxes will posted on Thursday, with Royal Mail 24hr delivery.
- For our other products such as: Giant Cookies, Cookie Cakes, Custom Cookies and Cookies for your events, please contact us and we can discuss your order.
Can you cater for special Dietary Requirements?
- All of our cookie creations are baked in a kitchen where ALL 14 Allergens are present, and although special measures have been put in place to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that there are no traces in our bakes.
- We can create cookies using plant-based, gluten-freealternatives and milk/egg substitutes. Please get in touch for more info.

Are any of your cookies suitable for people with nut allergies?
- A lot of our cookies do not contain nuts/peanuts but ALL of our bakes ‘May Contain’ traces of nuts.
